Whew! Just got done with a great workout and boy am I exhausted, but energized all the same! I like this blog as a reminder to do my workouts as well as to help me motivate myself to workout. I think the blog has really helped me stay on track with these goals of mine. I did a mostly free weight and core workout today, so I need to get in some cardio later at some point. So, I'm thinking of a bike ride or run later tonight when its cooler outside, but we'll see.
I agree! My blog has undoubtedly made me more motivated to keep up with my routine. And it's always a plus if it gives you more energy to do other things. Keep it up!
