This week I have been lazy again. I'm not sure what has gotten into me, but I am just not motivated to keep up my workout routine. I did a very light exercise last night, and it really wasn't close to what I normally do. So, I mean I don't want to discount it, but I don't want to count it really either. Hopefully with writing this blog it will encourage me to get off my butt and go workout after this, so wish me luck!
I'm rooting for you Bruce! I know it's easier to fall off the wagon than it is to get onto the wagon but use your momentum as a guide to keep with it! Better luck next week.
