So, I didn't get a chance (or maybe a chose not to get a chance) to start my workouts this week, thus since it's already Tuesday, I know that I can't make my workout goal this week. Which really sucks and is kind of depressing! It is even pretty demotivating for trying to make sure I get in at least two workouts now to finish off the week. Hopefully, I find the motivation, but at this point in the day I am feeling that weight of failing this week already which is not good :(
