getting back into the swing
Well I'm now back from some much needed rest and relaxation time over Thanksgiving break. Always good to spend some time with the family, but there was a constant struggle not to each too much. And now after a week of break, I am happy to say that I only gained a pound back according to the scale. Though with not working out over break and having such a shaky couple of weeks before the break, I definitely feel as though I am losing some muscle mass. So, I need to get back into the swing of things so to speak and begin my workout regime again.
