great work out

This afternoon I got home from class and therapy sessions and I finally said enough is enough. After missing my goals for the past couple of weeks (and especially last week with not getting a single workout in), I decided I needed to get back on track. To be honest it did take a lit bit of time to motivate myself properly so I find excuses to put it off, but after about 45 minutes of wasting time I went to do a workout.  And god it felt great! Though very exhausting and definitely noticeable that I missed getting any exercise last week.  Hopefully, I can get back on track though I am already anticipating that with next week being Thanksgiving week and I will be home, workouts will be harder to do and eating will probably increase- which equals a bad situation. But for now, I think I need to simply take one week at a time and focus on this week first.

  1. Glad to hear you got back on track! I totally agree with you about how next week will be very hard to meet the goal with it being a big feasting time of year. I have faith that we can do it if we really want it! And if not, it's not the end of the world.
